Office politics is not only the most common but I think the worse problem in an office environment. A serviceman experiences this problem from day 1 of the interview for a job to getting his first paycheck. There are back biters, back stabbers, politicians, blamers, bad wishers, and many other species of office politicians who you will encounter when you will go for a job. The best thing is not to leave the job because when you will go for another job who guarantees that you will not be in the same problematic situation, so I think rather the best thing is to fight and maintain your position in the office.
